Illini Get Fit is a community designed for those aiming to develop their level of physical fitness as well as their knowledge of physical fitness. This organization seeks to offer a holistic view of fitness where cardio, strength training, nutrition, sport, flexibility, and overall health are all key elements covered. The unique aspect of this organization is that its purpose is to motivate, educate, and help define what fitness means to an individual while creating a support system for him/her to meet their goals.
